To register and use the uu44 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. uu44 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds deposited will be returned, but winnings will be voided.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service is lawful in your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country or territory of residence.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on uu44. Opening duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or platform-imposed self-exclusion at the time of registration or subsequent use.

uu44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

When registering an account with uu44, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. uu44 relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention.

• Accuracy: All registration details — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• One account per person: Each individual may register only one account. Accounts registered to the same device, IP address, household, or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts and investigated accordingly.
• Account credentials: You are responsible for choosing a secure password and keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• KYC verification: uu44 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before activating an account, processing withdrawals, or releasing bonus funds. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport, or utility bill issued within the last three months.
• Account currency: Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts.

• Processing time: Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your uu44 balance instantly under normal operating conditions.
• Currency: All deposits are processed in BDT. If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, it will be converted at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of processing.
• Deposit limits: uu44 may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day. Players may also set personal deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools in their account settings.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit fails to appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact the uu44 support team with the transaction reference number provided by your payment provider.

Withdrawals from your uu44 account are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and verification requirements.

• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are published in the cashier section of your account.
• Verification: uu44 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Same-method policy: Winnings must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for deposits, up to the deposited amount. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn via an alternative approved method.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full details.
• Right to withhold: uu44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

uu44 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal can be made. The exact multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the point of offer.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution schedule is published in the bonus terms for each promotion.

All bets and wagers placed on uu44 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant section of the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message from the platform. uu44 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that appear to exploit pricing errors.
• Pricing errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously erroneous price — whether due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error — uu44 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and are subject to change at uu44's discretion.
• Match abandonment: For sporting events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, uu44 follows published settlement rules for each sport. In general, if an event does not commence within 24 hours of its originally scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live betting: In-play or live betting markets are offered on selected events. All live bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event.
• Casino and RNG games: All slot and virtual games use certified random number generators (RNGs). Game results are mathematically independent and cannot be influenced by previous outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the game information panel.
• Live casino: Live casino games are streamed from third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by the game provider's published rules, which take precedence over any general uu44 gaming rules in the event of a conflict.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uu44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party, is prohibited.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using uu44 to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or engage in any fraudulent activity is a serious criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Match-fixing and collusion: Any attempt to fix, manipulate, or collude in the outcome of a sporting event or casino game is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.
• Automated software: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in any way is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute on a deposit made to uu44 without first contacting uu44 support constitutes a breach of these Terms. Accounts subject to chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
• VPN and proxy usage: Using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true geographic location or circumvent access restrictions is prohibited.
• Minors: Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your uu44 account is strictly prohibited. Account holders are fully responsible for preventing underage access to their accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your uu44 account credentials. uu44 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings for an additional layer of protection.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

• uu44 cannot be held liable for financial losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

• Errors in odds, game results, or bet settlement that are caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, provided that uu44 takes reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors promptly.
• Any loss or damage arising from your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

uu44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to pass KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Registering duplicate accounts.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Using prohibited software, bots, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
• Being under 21 years of age at the time of registration.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your own uu44 account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
